Cryer’s Cross by Lisa McMann

Ok…  this is one of those books I have been waiting for!  I loved Lisa McMann’s Gone, Fade, and Wake books and couldn’t wait to read more from her.  Yup, you know what it’s like when you love one book – you tend to expect the same level or more from that author’s next book…  Gee when I think about that – we are almost trying to set these authors up for failure with our over the top expectations?  Well…  Lisa McMann did it again!!!! Awesome and absolutely fantastic book!

Kendall lives in a small town in Montana called Cryer’s Cross.  She’s lived there all her life.  The main goal of many of her friends is to get out and get out as soon as you can, so when Tiffany Quinn disappears….  the hunt to find her is intense but closes with thoughts that maybe she just ran away. When Nico, Kendall’s best friend and boyfriend disappears, Kendall’s life is turned upside down.  Her OCD becomes a challenge and she’s sure that something bad happened to both Tiffany and Nico.  When Kendall notices the writing on the desk and how it changes, the mystery of Cryer’s Pass comes to light.

A fabulous story – intriguing and full of action.  I loved it!  Definitely mystery in there that just kept me going.  I also love a thriller – so you put all of these things together and for me – one awesome book!  Please keep them coming 🙂

Highly recommended
